Registration and cancellation terms

1. Attendance at the evenings is by advance booking and advance payment.
2. After you register your seat is held for a limited time shown on the booking page. If payment is not received in time the seat is released.
3. A booking is confirmed only after the payment is checked and approved, and then a confirmation email is sent.
4. Cancellation is requested through the booking page or on WhatsApp. Refund amount and cancellation deadlines: ___ (to be completed).
5. If an evening fills up you can join a waitlist. Joining does not oblige you to pay.
6. The studio may cancel or change an evening, in which case the payment is refunded in full.
7. Please state allergies in the form. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
