1. When you register for an evening or send an enquiry we keep the details you provide: name, email, phone, number of diners and allergies.
2. We use them only to manage the booking, send you confirmations and reminders, and prepare the evening according to the allergies you noted.
3. The information is kept with infrastructure providers we work with (hosting, email and internal team messages) and is not sold or passed to third parties for marketing.
4. Allergies are sensitive information. They are visible only to the studio staff who prepare the evening.
5. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.
6. We keep guest details for up to 24 months after the last evening you attended, then delete them.
